Transnational activities are complementary to the
objectives and results of the working groups operating
at the national level. The DP f.i.l.o.40 has defined
a transnational collaboration agreement (TCA) with
the project Agriquadra - “Salaries Agricoles
en Deuxieme Partie de Carriere” promoted by
FAFSEA (France).
The common objectives of the two DPs can be summarised
as follows :
- fully understand and
characterise the reasons underlying the problem
of aging workforces and exclusion of workers
over 40 years of age in various economic sectors.
- support the attitude
towards change of workers over 40 promoting
integrated life-long learning activities (training,
vocational guidance, career counselling and
mentoring) with the aim of creating workers
capable of taking full control of their professional
career.
- promote social responsibility
principles within the employers with the aim
of promoting changes in work organisation, health
conditions, competences management and management
of the age structure within companies of different
sizes.
The TCA does not envisage the
development of common products. On the other hand,
given the mentioned high level of synergy between
the aims and objectives of the two DPs, the TCA
will aim at :
- Defining benchmarks on
the current state of workers over 40 years of
age in different sectors through a preliminary
analysis
- Sharing good practices between
the two DPs
- Developing parallel models
both for the identification of vulnerable areas
and the intervention on workers and employers
- Cross-testing and adoption
of the practices and models in the two countries
(Italy and France)
The TCA does not envisage the
development of common products. On the other hand,
given the mentioned high level of synergy between
the aims and objectives of the two DPs, the TCA
will aim at :
